All natural Raw Cheddar Cheese, aged for 60 days. Raw Cheddar will have a stronger flavor than pasteurized. Ingredients include: cultured raw milk, salt, enzymes. 7-9 oz.

Please understand that dairy needs to be kept at proper temperatures. If you are not home at the time of delivery, customers must leave a cooler with ice. FPP will not leave refrigerated items if there is no cooler. Customers will not be credited for delivery returns.
** THERMAL PACKAGING DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT **
FPP delivers dairy and other items that require proper temperature handling in thermal pouches. These pouches will incur a $5 deposit and will be added to your order. The $5 will be returned to you FPP account upon return. Note: It may take up to 7 days for deposit returns to appear on your FPP account.
About the Producer:
Wainwright Dairy, a 300+ acres dairy farm located in Live Oak, FL, is owned and operated by the Wainwright family. Their farm produces milk and cheese "the way God intended" --- all natural. The farm uses no Hormones or antibiotics and their grasses are non-GMO crops . The happy cows graize in the pasture except for when they are being milked twice a day.
Carl Wainwright began in the dairy industry in 1958 working for Gustafson’s in Green Cove Springs. In the late 60’s along with his wife, Gail, they started farming in Suwannee County and as their family grew, their dream of a family farm became a reality. Their sons James and Roy work at the dairy and their daughters Lisa and Cheryl and their families help in the cheese plant. Using fresh milk, the Wainwrights make cheese twice weekly. It truly has become a family operation!
