About the producer: We are Anna Addario and Gisela Rubertelli, Italian origins, and trained by traditional Nonnas. We loved traditional Pasta but lately, we were eating less and less. We had to do something about it, so we started working and discovered the plant-based healthy pasta trend. With this in mind, we decided to reinvent our traditional handcrafted pasta made with semolina, wheat flour, and eggs. Our goal was to create a pasta we could eat daily: healthy and nutritional, no guilt! The original Nonna’s recipes became our benchmark: In essence, we aimed to create a healthy pasta from scratch but also truly Italian. That’s how Must Pasta came about. Many trials and many errors later and after hundreds of failed tests, “Must pasta was born”.
