Meat will be delivered in a frozen state. Please understand that meat needs to be kept at proper temperatures. If you are not home at the time of delivery, customers must leave a cooler with ice. FPP will not leave meat if there is no cooler.
In addition, we delivery meat in a thermal pouch. Meat Thermal Pouches will incur a $3 deposit. Please return pouch on your next delivery to recieve deposit return. Deposit returns may take up to 7 days to appear on account.
About the Producer
Lake Meadows Natural, located in Ocoee, FL, is owned and farmed by Dale Volkert. Dale moved to Central Florida in 2000 and purchased the property on Lake Meadow.The day the property closed, chickens were delivered in honor of his father --- 44 years to the date of his father's first flock delivery. He even received the chickens from the same hatchery.
Lake Meadow Naturals Pork products come from Heritage breeds of Duroc and Berkshire pigs. They are never given any animal byproducts and are hormone and antibiotic free. No nitrates or nitrites added, except for those naturally occurring in sea salt, celery powder, and cherry powder.
