Kosher Dill is a classic stand alone snack. Slice and place in your sandwich. Chop and add to potato or pasta salad. Dice and add to cold chicken or tuna salad. A healthy treat for your kid's sack lunch.
Olive My Pickle's Kosher Dill is a straight up, classic dill pickle. Crisp and fresh, it's our most popular variety. This product is raw & unpasteurized, lacto-fermented in salt water brine, and contains no vinegar or sugar. About 12-15 pickles per pouch.

Ingredients: cucumbers, fine sea salt, fresh dill, fresh garlic, organic pickling spices, calcium chloride (a natural ingredient)
Why lacto fermented? They fully lacto ferment their products, creating live enzymes and cultures in the process. Lacto fermentation is the oldest food preservation method in the world and is accomplished by using salt water (not vinegar, sugar or heat canning) to preserve the vegetables. Lacto fermentation involves creating an oxygen-free environment, wherein the bad bacteria dies and the good bacteria (probiotics) flourish. What results are pickles that are live, raw, and full of beneficial live cultures that promote a healthy gut and boost immunity.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Olive My Pickle is family-run by Shai and Charlotte Tzabari and their two boys Noam and Avner. They’re at the shop together daily and the entire family pitches in to help our business grow. They all have a taste for pickles, olives and hummus (good thing too, since lots of the time it’s what’s for dinner).
