INGREDIENTS
seasoning packet
minced garlic
peppers & onions
1 lb proteins of choice (chicken thighs, tempeh, mushrooms) sliced thinly
3-4 T neutral oil
tortillas
DIRECTIONS
place protein into a bowl, sprinkle seasoning packet and toss to distribute seasoning well
warm a wide sauté pan over medium high heat, add oil
add veggies to pan and sauté approx. 2 minutes to just soften them.
add proteins and minced garlic to pan and stir occasionally, cook proteins fully.
gently warm tortillas by wrapping in foil and placing in a warm oven.
Topping ideas: salsa, guacamole, cotija or other cheese, sour cream or crema, cilantro, jalapenos, corn, radishes, pickled onions,
